Template Boundary
Report templates exist to keep public reports consistent. They define expected fields for scope, evidence class, limitations, findings, remediation state, and publication review. Templates should be copied into drafts and completed during review; they are not themselves evidence or final reports.
Use them as controlled starting points so drafts do not omit authorization, evidence, limitation, or review fields.
